We understand the relevance of quality of the product, aftersales support and our availability to assist you, regardless of the occasion. Our mission is developing customer satisfaction and loyalty and ultimately brand advocates who promote our brand and products through word of mouth. We are pleased to introduce the Subaru Premier Club, exclusive to Subaru car owners.
All existing Subaru car owners, regardless of the age of their car, are eligible to this club’s complimentary membership. All new Subaru customers will receive automated membership during delivery of their car. The Club will provide the following services:
- Concierge Service - available during office hours for any information regarding your Subaru, the setting up service appointments, roadside assistance support, feed-back including suggestions or complaints. A Subaru specific representative will be available to support you.
- Discounts and Referral Benefits - Extra discounts for the purchase of new or any certified Pre-Owned Subaru.
- Referral Voucher – refer family, friends or colleagues and receive a generous referral voucher at the time of their new or pre owned Subaru purchase.
- Trade-In Voucher – for any used car regardless of brand origin, age or mileage. By presenting your Subaru Premier Club membership card, you qualify for a higher value on your current car when purchasing a Subaru.
- Service and Spare Parts Discounts – for any work, be it quick service maintenance or body repair work, Subaru clients will receive an extra discount by presenting the card.
- Partners Network Discounts – Motorcity has built and will continue updating a network of partners that offer additional discounts and privileges to Subaru Clients when presenting their membership card. Our partners include:
- Tyre Plus (Exclusive importer of Michelin tyres and many other prestigious tyres)
- KAC (Kanoo Automotive Care) Ziebart & Llumar
- KVL (Kanoo Vehicle Leasing)
