Motorcity named 2016 Distributor Champion at Hino Middle East and Africa 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) skills contest

The competition had both theoretical and practical challenges, which were judged by specialists from Hino Middle East and Japan. The theoretical phase of the challenge covered sales, product knowledge and extracts from trainings conducted by Hino Middle East.

The annual contest aimed to recognise the abilities of the Hino work force and encourage continuous improvement as part of a commitment to attain the ultimate goal of ‘Total Support’. It was the first skills contest in the region and its purpose was to assess product knowledge and sales skills in order to better serve customers, said Hino Motors Senior General Manager, Takeshi Yasuda.

Motorcity Assistant General Manager Mr. G Arun Kumaar added: “Winning the award in the first Hino regional Hino skills contest is a demonstration of Motorcity’s continuous commitment to its Hino customers by providing them with the world class service.”
