Mr. Waleed Kanoo Chairman of Motorcity Holding welcomed everybody and said: “Tonight, we are gathered here to recognize hard work, dedication, and acknowledge your individual contributions which were clearly visible in the positive feedback received from our customers. We should strive hard to keep this motivation going and should aim to surpass the expectations of our customers.”
Dr. Bijan Majidi, General Manager of Motorcity Holding during his speech highlighted the major infrastructure investments done by Motorcity during 2014 and the upcoming plans which include new parts warehouse and the revamp of the Service Center in Ma’ameer, all aimed at improving customer service and satisfaction.
At the end of the event, top management handed over the trophies and certificates to Top Achievers of 2014 for their outstanding performance in the passenger vehicles division, commercial vehicles division and after-sales department.
