ADAC customer Barometer 2014:
Volvo has the most satisfied customers
Volvo wins in the manufacturers' Award and Best SUVs Award, Volvo XC60 is the car with the best review ever, Bestseller Vehicle for its Security measures
Volvo XC60 impressed in all areas and excelled in the safety assessment, which is considered to be the core value of the Volvo brand, with 89.5% satisfaction rate which is considered to be the highest rating ever in the ADAC customer barometer alongside the value and the efficiency of the cross-over; Volvo is uncompleted.
“Being 1st in the ADAC Customer Barometer 2014 validated our goal which is; keeping safety of our customers our priority when manufacturing cars and this is the best reward for our constant efforts "said Thomas Bauch, Managing Director Volvo; Germany. “The fact that our customers are very satisfied with the Volvo XC60, moreover, winning the lead in the SUV segment, proves that Volvo is in the range of premium vehicles and can compete with the best” he added
